Jours 16 et 17 : Le mur de mots et les rapports trigonométriques inverses

Suite à l’étude des angles associés, remarquables et co-terminaux, nous avons pu répéter/revoir les idées clés suivantes du cercle unitaire :

• la symétrie
• les réflexions dans le plan
• les angles qui ont les mêmes rapports trigonométriques

We worked on associate and co-terminal angles through these examples :

The period ended and students were asked to return to their homework and keep working on these ideas with the use of the textbook as well as watch a video that introduces them to the inverse trig ratios.

The next day, I checked in to see if there were any questions regarding the previous day’s work and then I decided to clean up their vocabulary and fill out these pages in their notebooks :

We defined the following words with words (lol) and with a supporting visual aid :

• angles trigonométriques, angles de référence, angles associés, angles remarquables
• réflexion horizontale, réflexion verticale, réflexion diagonale, réflexion par rapport à l’origine
• côté initial, côté terminal
• angle positif, angle négatif
